ELEV8 Privacy Policy

Elev8 Projects advises buyers, sellers and investors in Morocco. That work rests on trust and discretion. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller

We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. When we address people living in the European Union, we also apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. The data we collect
Data you give us:
- through the contact form: name, email address, country code and phone or WhatsApp number, nationality, city of residence, whether you have visited or invested in Morocco before, the service you are interested in, property type, intended purpose, budget, decision timeframe, your availability and the message you write;
- during our exchanges (email, WhatsApp, phone, meetings): information useful to your project and, if an engagement begins, the information needed for the mandates and the transaction, including identity documents and supporting documents required by the notary or by law.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and security logs, recorded automatically by our hosting provider and our security tools, and the cookies described in section 8.
We do not collect sensitive data, and we ask you not to include any in your message.
3. Why we use it

We never sell your data, and we never make decisions about you by fully automated means.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is handled by Ruben Benaim Campbell and the Elev8 team. It is shared only with the following recipients, and only as far as necessary:
- our partner experts (attorney, notary, chartered accountant, architect, surveyor, concierge services), only once you have agreed to be introduced to them. Each then acts as an independent professional, under their own responsibility;
- sellers, buyers or their representatives, within a transaction you have entrusted to us, and only for the information that transaction requires;
- our technical providers: website hosting, email and WhatsApp (Meta), which process data on our behalf;
- administrative or judicial authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside Morocco
Some providers (hosting, email, WhatsApp) may process data in the European Union or the United States. When we share your data with an expert or a counterparty abroad, we do so for the purposes of your project. These transfers are carried out in accordance with Law 09-08 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: 3 years from our last exchange.
- Client files: for the duration of the relationship, then 10 years, to meet accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Technical and security logs: 12 months at most.
- Cookies: 13 months at most.
After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to erasure, restriction and portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to ruben@elev8projects.com and describe your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within one month.
You may also contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma) or, if you live in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.
8. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work: remembering your language, securing the site and the form, and hosting performance. They are not used for advertising or profiling.
The website loads fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when they do.
If we ever add audience measurement or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
9. Security
We protect your data with appropriate measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to the people who need it, protection of the website against intrusion, and confidentiality obligations for our partners.
10. Minors
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
11. Changes
We may update this policy, in particular when the law or our services change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
12. Language
This policy is published in French and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
